Blank Screen after login via OWA in Exchange server 2010/2013 (Updated 01/12/2015)

Solution

This happens too when you have recently changed the certificate using the ECP Console
The change is not reflected in the backend site so you'll need to see what's the current certificate in the IIS Default Web site and then go to the IIS Back-end site and make them match both.

IIS Default Site SSL Certificate

IIS Back end Site SSL Certificate

These two buddies MUST match.

    1. This was done using Exchange server 2013 (with no updates), either way every time you change or update certificates, you'll need to make sure that you have the same certificate in both. (CU10)

  2. Hi,

I have the same issue, that after entering the credentials am receiving the blank page. I have tried disabling the ssl certs, but still the same. Am already using the default self signed certs in the exchange server. If you have any idea, can you please advice me on the same.

    1. Hi Jithin, did you try to match both certificates the one in the front end and the backend site as showed here?.

    2. Dont disable SSL, that's a mistake and a security breach in your infrastructure, all the traffic should always run behind SSL
